Live cannabis dispensary deals in Central Illinois (Peoria, East Peoria, Peoria Heights, Pekin, Bloomington, Normal, Champaign, Urbana, Springfield), checked daily on each store's own website. Ranked like puffprice.com: biggest discount first, at most 8 deals per store. Each deal has the store, city, discount, an out-the-door price when the deal states a real price, and links. Adults 21+ only.

deal_of_the_day

The single biggest everyday saving at a Central Illinois dispensary today, as shown on puffprice.com/deal-of-the-day: a stated percent or dollars off that anyone can get, re-checked on the store's own site within 7 days. First-time, veteran, birthday, 'up to' and buy-several deals never qualify; ties rotate between stores daily; no store pays to be picked. Includes up to 3 runners-up (one per store) and a share image URL. Adults 21+ only.

deals_on_route

Dispensaries with live deals within 5 miles of the straight line between two Central Illinois cities, in the order you reach them, with up to 2 deals per store (everyday savings first), approximate straight-line mile markers and a Google Maps link that adds the store as a stop. Same data as puffprice.com/route.

list_dispensaries

Licensed dispensaries PuffPrice tracks in Central Illinois, with address, phone, today's hours (Central Time) when listed, ways to buy (medical, curbside, order ahead, drive-thru) as confirmed on the store's own site with the exact wording, today's live deal count, deal accuracy (0-100 from shoppers' Yes/No taps and daily re-checks; null score until 5 taps), and the store's PuffPrice page. A null ways-to-buy entry means not confirmed either way, not 'no'.

out_the_door_price

What a recreational cannabis purchase really costs at the register in Central Illinois: state excise tier by product, 6.25% state sales tax, local sales tax, and county + city cannabis taxes, stacked the way the Illinois Department of Revenue says (the excise is itself taxed). Omit city to compare all nine Central Illinois cities with dispensaries. Not for medical-card purchases (1% state rate).

PuffPrice's daily Deal Index from its own deal log: how many deals are live, how many stores are discounting, and the average percentage discount, by Central Illinois city, plus the last 7 days' totals.

Every result includes source_url (a puffprice.com page), as_of and a cite_as line: “Source: PuffPrice (puffprice.com), checked <time CT>”. Deals are ranked the way the site ranks them (how we rank): biggest discount first, at most 8 per store.

Add it to Claude

Custom connectors work on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (Free is limited to one), on claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the mobile apps. On a personal plan:

Go to Customize > Connectors.
Click +, then Add custom connector.
Paste https://www.puffprice.com/mcp as the remote MCP server URL. Leave the OAuth settings empty; PuffPrice needs no sign-in.
Click Add.

On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it first under Organization settings > Connectors (Add > Custom > Web), then members connect it from Customize > Connectors.

Add it to ChatGPT

ChatGPT connects to remote MCP servers through developer mode. Turn it on in Settings (OpenAI's docs currently place the toggle under Security and login; on Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces it's under Apps > Advanced settings and may need an admin), then add a new app with the plus button and enter https://www.puffprice.com/mcp as the MCP server URL, including the /mcp path. ChatGPT scans the server and shows the tools. OpenAI says availability depends on your plan and workspace policy; on Pro, connected MCP apps are limited to read/fetch actions, which is all PuffPrice offers.

From OpenAI, checked Sept 25, 2026: Connect and test your plugin and Developer mode and MCP apps in ChatGPT. The menus move often; if these don't match, follow OpenAI's current page.

Other MCP clients

Any client that supports remote servers over Streamable HTTP can use the URL above with no headers or keys. The server answers the initialize handshake (protocol 2025-03-26 through 2025-11-25) and the stateless 2026-07-28 requests, including server/discover. Browsers can call it too: CORS is open. Opening the URL in a browser returns a 405 on purpose; the endpoint only takes POST.

Terms

Free to use and cite with a link to puffprice.com (the source_url in each result is the best link).
Read-only. No sign-in, no keys, no personal data: the server only returns public store and deal information.
Up to 60 requests a minute per IP. Deal data changes about once a day, so there's no need to poll.
Deals come from each dispensary's own site and change daily; confirm with the store. Law answers are general information, not legal advice.
For adults 21 and over only.
